WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?
We currently deliver all over the US, Canada, and cross-border for other international locations, we would be happy to deliver at a port per your request. You can choose from the following shipping options at checkout:
Free shipping:
Free shipping is available for customers in Florida (doesn’t include equipment for rent).
Local pickup:
You can feel free to pick up at our warehouse from Monday to Friday 9 AM to 5 PM. This option also allows you to pay when you pick up.
LTL freight:
This option is for customers outside of the locations where free shipping is available. Cost is calculated based on shipping address, dimensions, and weight. Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly so accurate quotes are provided. Additional costs are automatically applied for delivery to Residential, schools, farms, military, government buildings, airports, prisons, and mines.
DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes, but at this time we only deliver to Canada.
ARE THERE OTHER SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS?
Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes.
Orders only ship on business days, which are Monday – Friday.
To ensure same-day delivery, the order must be placed by 2 pm EST.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?
If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.
