This Shipping and Returns Policy is part of our Terms and Conditions and should be therefore read alongside our main Terms and Conditions page. Please carefully review our Shipping and Returns Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.
We currently deliver all over the US, Canada, and cross-border. For other international locations, we would be happy to deliver at a port as per your request. You can choose from the following shipping methods at checkout:
Free shipping:
Free shipping is available for shipments within Florida (doesn’t include units in the equipment for rent category).
Local pickup:
You can feel free to pick up your order at our warehouse from Monday to Friday 9 AM to 5 PM. This method also allows you to pay at the time of pickup.
LTL freight:
You will see this shipping method when shipping to locations outside of Florida. The unloading of the unit(s) is the responsibility of the customer at the time of delivery. If you have a dock or forklift with sufficient load capacity, you’re good to go however if you don’t, a cost-effective way of unloading is by hiring a local Flatbed Tow-truck that can transfer the unit onto the flatbed and tilt the bed down to ground level.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?
If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.
ARE THERE ANY SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS?
Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes.
Orders only ship on business days, which are Monday – Friday.
To ensure same-day delivery, the order must be placed by 2 pm EST.
ARE RETURNS ACCEPTED?
We don’t accept returns however you’re entitled to a 90 days free repairs warranty on any unit you purchase from us.
